Need to shut down your Sprwt system for whatever reason. No worries, although we're sorry to see you go we want to make sure the process is as simple as possible. We therefore created this step by step process so you know exactly what you need to do to cancel your subscription.

To start, email our support team at support@sprwt.io least 1-2 business days prior to the date you want to cancel your subscription. This allows us to have enough time to make sure your system is properly disconnected. 

Step 1: Cancel all your active Subscriptions

Step 2: Notify your customers that the website will be disconnected during the times you are switching your DNS

Step 3: Print your cooking reports and fulfillment reports for the upcoming week.

Please Note: Once you disconnect your server you will not have access to your website any longer and therefore will not be able to retrieve your reports.
