Looking to improve your relationship with customers by giving them notifications, updates, and communicate via text messaging? With our built-in SMS system, you can do exactly that. Not only are all your customers in one database, but you can even send out messages to pre-built groups.

 

Need to send a notification or reminder? We got that! Our system automatically groups customers into useful sets, including checkout date, pickup/delivery date, subscription, or ordering module. You can also create or upload your own groups, or contact individual customers. Each customer will receive the message separately and will be able to via the same number.


SMS> Compose

  • You can send a message to a certain list of customers, who will each receive the message separately (it will not be sent in a group message).
  • From: Number purchased in SMS > Numbers
  • To: You can select either a pre-built group, or a list that you uploaded in the Contacts tab.
    • Plan Group
    • SMS List
    • Date
      • Pickup/Delivery
      • Checkout (Range or specific date, + all or particular ordering system)
      • To send to a group based on a specific unlisted date, you can enter a date under Search Date for checkouts.
  • Write your message and schedule a send time, which will default to the current date and time, then click Send Message.


SMS > Chat

  • For specific issues or questions, you can contact an individual user.
  • The users are listed alphabetically, but you can also Search for a particular customer by name.
  • If you need to change the number to a different one bought through SMS > Numbers, you can click the drop down arrow.
  • Write your message and schedule a send time, which will default to the current date and time, then click Send Message


Receive

  • When you receive a message, you'll see a red notification badge next to SMS when you go to the admin dashboard. You can see these messages in your the Chat tab.
  • $20/mo call forwarding:
    • When a customer messages or calls you, it'll be forwarded to the phone number that you set up in your configurations.
    • You'll be able to respond to texts both from your phone and through the chat function in the Sprwt system. For calls, as of now, you cannot make calls, you can only receive them.
